Reptile Hall: 'Stephano' and 'The Doctor' watch the Incredibly Deadly Viper 'attack' Sunny. Klaus looks on ahppily, knowing what is about to be proven.

Enormous Window: The Baudelaires work the sailboat as a personified Hurricane Herman chases them.

Ominous Sawmill: The bald man with the big nose (though he has hair here) watches Klaus proudly as he moves Phil to his doom.

Savage Boarding School: The Baudelaires run laps; Count Olaf watches lazily.

The Elevator is Fake: Klaus helps Violet down the elevator shaft; the Quaqmires are huddled together in a nearby cage.

Nasty is the Townlet: 'Detective Dupin' and Esme enter the Nasty Townlet.

Nightmarish Clinic: The Baudelaires run from a large hand that is chasing them. The hand is probably meant to be Count Olaf's.

Bloodthirsty Carnival: Count Olaf prances around with the folded piece of paper that holds a freak's name; Sunny cowers behind Violet and Klaus.

Slippery Slope: Violet, Klaus, and Sunny toboggan down the Slippery Slope.
